Beginner TRX Program

During this beginners TRX workout program you’ll be using suspension training straps to perform a range of bodyweight exercises that target multiple muscle groups. The program usually includes a combination of upper body, lower body, and core exercises that are designed to improve strength, stability, and flexibility. Some common TRX exercises that you’ll do in this program include TRX squats, TRX push-ups, TRX rows, and TRX planks. These TRX workouts involve performing several sets of each exercise, with short rest periods in between, and may last anywhere from 20-45 minutes.
