Jurell’s Personal Program

This program derives from my Football workouts at Texas Tech University with my own little spin on it. This lower body/upper body split is designed for you to hit all areas of your upper and lower body segments throughout the week. Each day you’ll alternate between a lower body and upper body workout targeting different muscle groups. This program was created for those who are pretty experienced in the weight room and want an athletes spin to a body builder program.
