Beginner Cardio Program

This beginner cardio program has been built for all of our pavement pounders and treadmill track stars. By the end of this program you will have the ability to master your 1 mile run. Lets go! This program includes moderate to high intensity exercises that challenge the cardiovascular system and promote endurance. The duration and frequency of the exercises will depend on the workout, but generally, it is recommended to perform at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio exercise or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise per week. This program also includes a proper warm-up and cool-down periods to prevent injury and reduce the risk of muscle soreness.
